VEGAN FRIENDLY
Huhu another vegan and healthy recipe for an energizing snack! Oh yeah!
You can also make these in bars, by following the second part of this post, if you'd like. Either way, they are amazingly tasty! If you eat one per day it's enough to get you a good kick of energy until the big meal time.
What'll need:
- 1/2 cup of oat or wheat's milk (or almond or soy if you prefer)
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 1/2 cup of banana chips (chopped)
- 1/2 brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of dried papaya (minced)
- 1 cup of peanut butter
Start by combining the sugar with the peanut butter until it reaches a creamy substance. Then mix all the other ingredients and combine.
Preheat the oven to 190ºC/350F, put the tray with all the yummy biscuits inside the oven and let it bake for about 20 minutes.
Let the biscuits air for a while before enjoying them. Store the biscuits in a dark and dry place and they will last at least two weeks if you don't eat them first.
Enjoy!
