Hey guys and welcome to another year! I hope you had a nice time celebrating the holidays together with your loved ones and I sincerely wish that the year of 2017 brings you all the happiness.

For the first post of the year I bring you a compilation of your favorite posts from 2016 as a recap for those of you who follow me from a long time, and as a shout out for the new ones here - Welcome!

This year I started getting more into makeup and, even though I was a bit reticent at first in regards to sharing makeup content here on the blog, you showed a lot of appreciation through the COLOURPOP | HAUL & REVIEW post. Thanks for your support! Since you liked it so much I plan on bringing you a lot more beauty content this year.

I shared with you the gift I got for Eva's first birthday and with it the work of a new illustrator I love.

I shared some of my thoughts on body image.

I supported the local market by sharing with you, my first purchase from my favorite store of the year, and also did my first giveaway here on the blog, which was super exciting!

In hopes to help some of you guys, I shared how I deal with stress.

I clarified some frequently asked questions about air plants and how to take care of them.

From all the DIY's this past year, the necklaces holder was the favorite of many of you.

Even thought this didn't happen last year, the post went live then. Sharing our road trip in Iceland for sure brought a lot of good memories.

On that note, traveling to the UK for the first time was also pretty cool, despite some minor health issue.

And what about these granola bars. Remember them? Yummy!

Also, can we just take some time to appreciate this healthy colorful breakfast?

Last but not least, one of our all-time favorites - our first experience at dog-sitting!
