OREO AND NUTELLA

cheesecake recipe

Hmm... It's not all about healthy food. Oh no no. Some (many) times, we also crave some sugar. Got to give it a break once in a while right? I mean there are worse stuff than this.
Anyway, so we got a new fridge and what best excuse to celebrate it with some new cheesecake recipes. If you are one of those that stick to the traditional, then jump to this page and you'll find a treasure of an easy cheesecake. Give it a try, seriously, you won't regret it!
Back on this ones, this is what you'll need:

Oreo cheesecake

First things first, you need to separate the Oreos from the cream and do your best not to eat them.

Once that's done, the execution of the base is the same for both cheesecakes. You'll need to grind the cookies and mix them with margarine, until it reaches the consistency you want.
Because this recipe is in a cup, I put less margarine than usual and it turned out pretty good as well.

Mix the cream from the Oreos in a separated bowl and take it to the fridge.

Once this part is done, you simply place the cookie mixture in the glasses and take it to the fridge as well, while preparing the rest of the good stuff.

Preparing the cheesecake it self it's pretty easy and you won't need to bake it! Hu-hu!
In a bowl mix together the mascarpone and the condensed milk. In a separated bowl beat the cream until it gets all whipped.
In another bowl, soften the gelatin submersing the sheets into tap water. While the gelatin gets softer, take a bit from the previous mixture and heat it up in the microwave for 20 seconds on 1000W, or if you're like me and don't have a microwave just use a pan to heat it up.
Once the mixture is warm enough, mix the gelatin and keep stirring until it is all dissolved.
Mix the warm mixture with the rest and evolve the whipped cream gently. With the help of a spoon, place the mixture into the glasses and take them to the fridge for about 1 hour.

For the Nutella cheesecake, with the help of two spoons scoop some Nutella and place it in the middle. (Or if you're Nutella addict spread a layer all over the base) Place the cut strawberries around and on top place the mint leaf. Easy and delicious!
