Today, I'm bringing you one of my favorite Sunday breakfasts - Bagels.
Sundays are always my lazy day of the week, no matter what. It's that specific day when I like to sleep until late and watch the day go by doing nothing more than necessary.
But because it is the last day of the weekend I also tend to feel a bit blue if I notice it's passing too fast. So I recently decided to engage on Sundays with a different perspective, and one part of my new routine is eating a fresh juicy bagel that helps starting the day with more energy and joy!
After a goodnight of sleep and a refreshing shower, I love to go downstairs and start preparing a great (full of vitamins and stuff) Bagel. I tend to switch between a couple of recipes from time to time, but this last Sunday I made the Avocado Bagel.
I love the simplicity and yet complexity of this Bagel. I find it a super easy way to fulfill my stomach and bring up my energy so that I am prepared for the beginning of a new day.
After some cuddling with David and the bunnies, and eating this deliciousness, we usually go out for a walk somewhere (when the weather is inviting). We love to take walks and finding new places here, specially now in this crispy and lovely season that is Autumn.
After all this it's time to come back home for more cuddling, lighting up some candles and enjoy the couch, restoring the all the energy to start a great new week.
This is how I spend most of my Sundays.
